3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One person or legal entity may maintain only one account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages via WhatsApp
  • Violate WhatsApp Business Policy or Meta's terms
  • Upload malicious content or viruses

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

  • Violation of WhatsApp or Meta policies
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
